Help with Ching, on the web and iPhone

Ching is a fantasy league where friends draft whole real-world teams, the Chiefs or the Lakers, instead of athletes. Each team earns points for its owner from real results.

Get help

Email [email protected] or [email protected]. Say which league it is about, your handle, what you did and what happened, and whether you use the web app or the iPhone app. Never send your password; nobody at Ching will ask for it. By post:

Common questions

  • Joining a league. Ask the commissioner for the league’s invite code, sign in, then enter the code under Join a league.
  • Signing in on another device. Use the same way you signed in the first time: Apple, Google or your email address.
  • Notifications. Turn them on in Settings, under Notifications. On an iPhone, the web app sends notifications only once it is added to the Home Screen.
  • Handles and names. A handle, a league name and a stack name (in a Bets league, your name in the league) are permanent once chosen.
  • Reporting a member. Choose Report on that member’s row in the league, or on their page in a Bets league, and it opens an email to us. We read every report, and we remove names and people who break the rules.

Delete your account

Open Settings in the web app or the iPhone app and choose Delete account. If you run a league that still has other members, hand it over from the league’s commissioner controls first. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] or [email protected] from the address you sign in with.
